What should we bring to the first call?
Your team, an idea or two of what's already annoying them at work, and 30 minutes. If you have specific workflows in mind we'll talk through those; if not, we'll ask the kinds of questions that surface them.
Do we need engineers or technical staff on the call?
No. The call is for whoever owns the business outcome: the owner, the ops leader, or the department head. The work we do is technical, but the conversation about whether it fits doesn't need to be.
What if we already have an internal IT team?
Most of our clients do. Many engagements run as augmentation, with your IT team handling existing infrastructure while our forward-deployed engineers build the new automations or proprietary AI infrastructure and keep them running. The first call helps us figure out the cleanest division of labor.
