These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at upliftaiconsulting.com (the "Site") and any consulting services provided by Uplift AI Consulting ("Consultant," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Summary — not a substitute for the full terms below

The short version, in plain English:

    • Who we are. Uplift AI Consulting is a Colorado-based LLC that automates manual workflows for businesses on a monthly retainer.
    • What these terms cover. Use of this Site and any engagement we sign with you. Specific commercial details live in your signed engagement agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
    • How we charge. A flat monthly retainer at one of three tiers (Targeted Automation, Connected Pipelines, Custom Infrastructure). Each tier has a standard month-to-month rate (no commitment) and a lower committed rate earned with a 3-month commitment; if Client commits within 45 days of starting, the first-month premium delta is credited back to the retainer. After any 3-month commitment, Client can scale, place the engagement on a Continuity Hold, or exit on 30 days' notice. Exact figures are set out in the signed engagement agreement (see Section 6).
    • Who owns what. You own your data and the deliverables we build for you (on full payment). We own our methods, prompt libraries, and reusable tooling, and license the reusable parts to you for use in the deliverables (see Section 4).
    • How AI works here. AI outputs are probabilistic. They can be wrong, biased, or fabricated, and require human review before you rely on them. We will not use your data to train general-purpose foundation models (see Sections 4 and 8).
    • How disputes are resolved. Informal negotiation first, then mediation, then binding arbitration administered by JAMS, seated in Denver County, Colorado (see Section 15).

These Terms of Service are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and alignment with your specific business practices.
