Uplift AI Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") is a Colorado-based AI consulting LLC that operates the website at upliftaiconsulting.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect, how we use it, who else touches it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. The Site is primarily directed to a U.S. audience, but visitors from anywhere are welcome.

The short version
Summary — not a substitute for the full policy below.
- Who we are. Uplift AI Consulting, a Colorado-based LLC that sells monthly workflow automation retainers.
- What we collect. What you give us through the contact form or a session with our AI intake agent Riley: name, email, phone (for voice), what you want to work on, and basic site analytics.
- Riley records. If you choose voice with Riley, the call is recorded and transcribed. If you choose chat, the conversation is saved as a transcript. You can always opt out and use the written form instead.
- Who else sees it. A small set of named sub-processors (Anthropic, Deepgram, Cartesia, Modal, HubSpot, Cloudflare, Resend, Supabase, Firebase/Google). None of them are allowed to train foundation models on your data.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not run targeted advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control.
- Your rights. Access, correct, delete, port, and opt out — for everyone, with extra rights for residents of California, other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, and the EU/EEA/UK.
- Reach us through the contact form. We respond within 30 days (45 for complex requests).
We collect personal information at three discrete points on the Site. We try to collect only what we need.
1.1 Contact Form (/contact)
When you submit the written contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name, and the message you send. This information is submitted to our CRM (HubSpot) so a human engineer can follow up.
1.2 AI Intake Agent (Riley) — Voice & Chat
On the contact page, you can choose to have a structured 10-15 minute discovery conversation with Riley, our AI intake agent, instead of writing a message. Depending on whether you pick chat or voice, we collect:
- Email address (both modalities; verified by a 6-digit code sent via Resend).
- Phone number in E.164 format (required for voice only).
- Voice audio — recorded for the duration of the call (voice modality only).
- Chat messages — the text you send and Riley's replies (chat modality only).
- Session transcript — a text transcript of the session, plus an AI-generated summary used to brief the human engineer who follows up.
- A Cloudflare Turnstile bot-check token, used once at session start and not retained as a profile of you.
Section 3 explains the Riley data flow in detail. Section 5 covers voice and biometric considerations.
1.3 Site Analytics & Cookies
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect:
- Device & technical data: browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, general geographic location.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 11 for the cookie inventory and Section 12 for how we treat opt-out signals.
1.4 Partner / Affiliate Program (/partners)
If you register as a referral partner, we collect your name, an optional business name, your email address, and an optional note about how you plan to refer us. We use this to operate the partner program, verify your email address, issue your referral code, and arrange referral payouts. Partner records are stored in our Supabase database (see Section 4).
Referral link tracking. Partners share referral links shaped upliftaiconsulting.com/?ref=CODE. When you visit the Site through such a link, we store the referral code in a first-party cookie so the partner who referred you can be credited if you explore the Site and contact us later. It is a functional cookie, not an advertising or tracking cookie (see Section 11); it is never used for advertising and expires 90 days after your first visit.
This Privacy Policy is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
